Don't waste your money

Your attorney will cost you thousands unless you get wise to the game. Opposing counsel wants to get you upset. Opposing counsel wants you to spend your money on your attorney and go broke. They will push your sanity to the limit. If you know the gambit, you can beat them at their own game. If you know what they are up to, and now you do, then you will be able to survive the attack on you and your kids.

  1. Copies cost money. Make a copy for the judge, magistrate, guardian ad litem, opposing counsel, your attorney and yourself. Each time you let your attorney charge you for copies he is charging you approx $150.00 per hour and you don't know how long it will take (or what he'll charge you).
  2. Answer the request for production of documents in full. If you want to put money in the judge's pocket, then don't answer. You'll get charged for failure to comply and opposing counsel will split the fine with the judge.
  3. Ignore the ex to be. Don't raise a finger, don't call vindictively.
  4. Emails, phone calls, text messages can all be used against you in court and land you in jail. Don't fall prey to their tactics. Answer any message with "acknowledged" and hit send. 1 word only.
  5. Trust your attorney, don't be a bother and the court doesn't care if your children don't have shoes that fit

Title IV D

How it affects you!

The true victoms
We as Americans can see the destruction of the family unit on a daily basis all around us. Our friends, family and the stories we hear, all give us shudders. 50% of the families are falling apart. 90% of the divorces are initiated by women. Our children are being sold by the state for Title IV D funds from the Federal Government. Title IV D as of 2007 returns Federal dollars to the State at 66 cents for every $1.00 a man pays in child support. This money is then distributed to the counties of the state. Judge's pensions are supported by this money. You can figure that if you make $60,000.00 or more a year, you are a target for higher child support, to support your local county. Counties are selling your children for what is no different than blood money. The morals of some see nothing wrong with this concept. Write the US Congress to eliminate Title IV D funds to the states. Tell your US Congressman that the selling of your baby to support the county system is wrong.

How to Succeed in Getting Custody Rail Roaded and not get railroaded

  1. Don't hire a woman attorny to represent you.
  2. Don't bang on the ex's door!
  3. Don't answer vindictive emails with sentences.
Reply in 3 words or less with kindness, or not at all. Learn to use the erase button or delete button prior to selecting send.
  4. Politely hang up on vindictive, confrontational telephone calls.
  5. Consider God as your partner, find a good church to attend.
  6. Accept her for who she is, not who you want her to be.
  7. On day one you are to ask for your children's rights and your rights under the 9th 10th and 14th Amendments to the US Constitution. This is your only argument to present. You must understand that court is about your rights, not your wants. Judges can deny your wants, but they can't deny your rights. You are to ask that the children's rights to love both parents or the parent they choose is to be granted. You have a right to protect these children, love these children and the children have this right to be loved and protected by you. This is your only argument for custody. You must be ready for an appeal on day one. Challenge the judge with the constitution.
  8. Rule 75 is un-constitutional.
Your first day in court, when asking for your rights, you must notify the State Att General of Ohio that you are contesting the legality of Rule 75. You must notify the judge, magistrate, opposing counsel and the guardian. If you fail to follow this then you face "collateral estople" or tuff luck in lay-men's terms. When the judge see's this, her/his eyes will roll. But your saying that you are demanding at the least equal custody and contesting the current system. Be ready to dig in for a fight. If you wait till the custody hearing, you already lost this point. You also are saying that giving mom full custody is stripping you of your rights. You are to ask for full custody, don't be shy.
  9. You are asking for your rights. On your right shirt lapel, wear an American Flag pin or sticker. The right side because you are telling the court you expect your rights to love and protect your children to be respected. Right?
  10. I only respected my last attorney, if you want his name, email me from Dads America Ohio Page
